Proactive Global is hiring for Test Technicians for a leading manufacturing company based in High Wycombe, HP12 Location. This is a Permanent Position.

Shift Timings - Mon- Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Pay Rate - £28k

Key Responsibilities:

Excellent understanding of metrology and testing practices for both mechanical and electrical inspection and testing, with particular application for slip rings desirable.Follow inspection standards and sign-off documentation requirements to ensure consistency of the application of measurement and reporting methods for communication to the customers and end users.Perform mechanical and electrical inspection and testing of, incoming components, finished products and sub-assemblies throughout the manufacturing process as required.Execution of the company 5S policy and relevant health and safety or environmental policies to maintain a safe working environment.Support the investigation of concerns, both external and internal, including quarantined parts and customer rejects, ensuring that root cause is adequately identified for counter measure implementation.Maintain information relating to departmental and process KPIs to assess ongoing performance.Support relevant risk assessments of processes and tasks within the department.

Position: Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Cramlington.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production environment where you will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of mechanical and electrical products. The successful candidate will receive training and work as part of a supportive production team.

PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Removal and replacement of a wide variety of SMT components down to 0201 and 01005 dimensions.Removal and replacement of a wide variety of SMT and thru-hole IC packages and connectors including DIL, uBGA, BGAs PGAs, QFPsBuild product according to customer specifications and requirementsEnsure all work is completed to specified levels of acceptable workmanship.Follow company procedures and work instructions at all times.

We are looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join our engineering team in Hayes. We are interested in machinists with experience across CNC turning and milling, including 3, 4 and 5-axis machining.
