Started as a dream, now a thriving reality
Proactive Global, began with 3 recruiters in a small office in a UK village, fast forward 10 years, we now have over 100 employees across the UK, EU, USA, and APAC. Our growth has been achieved from providing a credible, expert service with genuine passion for our specialist industries. We have expanded internationally through customer referral as our global clients value the personable, industry specialist service we provide. We have also supported candidates throughout their careers and been a pivotal partner to those looking to secure the best opportunities in the market. We are proud of our journey, but still feel this is just the beginning, we have plans to double in size over the next three years and realise our mission of being the global leader in automation, robotics and manufacturing staffing
