Assembly Operatives Required Reading - Immediate Starts Available
Our client in Reading is currently for a number of assembly operatives to join the business on a temp to perm basis, both AM and PM shifts available.
AM Shifts: 6.00am-2.30pm Monday to Friday
PM Shifts: 2.30pm-11.00pm Monday to Friday
Duties
Assemble and build products using a range of tools and workshop equipmentMechanical and electrical assemblyBasic electrical wiringSafe handling of products accordance with the company's Health & Safety procedures.Ensure all equipment used in performing the above tasks is returned to its proper location and is used in a safe manner and in accordance to the manufacture guidelinesTo ensure that the work area and adjacent gangways are kept tidy and free from obstruction.To be aware of and comply with ISO 9001:2015 processes and procedures where applicableRequired Experience:
Be a self-starter that can work independently towards set targets and goalsPrevious assembly experienceAbility to use hand and power toolsAdditional Info:
Hours: 6.00am-2.30pm Monday or 2.30pm-11.00pm Monday to FridayRate: £13.00-14.50 per hourStart Date: ASAP
