🕐 Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm | Friday 7:00am-11:30am
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assembly Operator with soldering experience to join a specialist manufacturing team in the Dartford area.
This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for someone with a strong background in electronics assembly, PCB soldering and quality inspection.
🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble electronic components and products to required specifications
Carry out PCB and through-hole soldering
Inspect solder joints and identify defects
Use soldering irons, hand tools and microscopes
Follow technical drawings, assembly instructions and production processes
Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
👷 What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing
Practical PCB / through-hole soldering experience
Confident using soldering irons, hand tools and microscopes
Ability to inspect work and identify soldering defects
Experience reading technical drawings and assembly instructions
Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
Lighting manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential

Proactive are currently recruiting for an experienced Assembly Operator with soldering experience to join a leading manufacturing business based in Dartford, Kent.
Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components and products in line with production instructions and specifications.Carry out PCB and component soldering to the required quality standards.Use soldering tools.Follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and production processes.Complete production documentation and quality records accurately.Identify and report any component, assembly, or quality issues.Carry out visual inspections and basic quality checks throughout the assembly process.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.RequirementsPrevious experience in an electronics assembly or manufacturing environment.Soldering experience is essential.Experience with PCB assembly, electronic components, wiring, and cable assembly is desirable.Previous experience within a lighting company or lighting manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.Good attention to detail.Ability to follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and wiring diagrams.Good understanding of quality standards and manufacturing processes.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyHow to Apply:
