Working Pattern: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week
Salary: £70-85K annually
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation operating across multiple European markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, compliance, governance, and analytics, driving impactful programmes that influence business performance at scale.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and evolving performance monitoring and compliance frameworks, ensuring operational standards are maintained, risks are identified early, and appropriate actions are taken to support accountability and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Programme Management, Business Intelligence, and Leadership stakeholders, to deliver sustainable and scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, commercially aware, and comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. They will have experience managing complex programmes and navigating environments where governance, compliance, performance management, and operational excellence are critical.
Essential Requirements
Experience in Programme Management, Operations, Compliance, Governance, Risk, Assurance, or a related field.Strong analytical capability, including experience working with large datasets, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously across different stakeholder groups and geographies.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within complex organisations.Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Preferred Experience
Background in Risk Advisory, Governance, Compliance, Internal Audit, Controls, or Assurance functions.Experience operating across international markets and managing cross-border stakeholders.Exposure to supplier, vendor, contract, or third-party performance management programmes.
