Job Purpose
To accurately pick, assemble, and prepare customer orders for dispatch within a multi-temperature warehouse environment. This role requires working efficiently in cold-storage and deep-freeze sections to ensure on-time delivery across our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Pick customer orders accurately using voice-activated picking systems or handheld scanners.Pallet & Cage Assembly: Securely stack and load goods onto cages, pallets, or crates to ensure safe transport.Dispatch & Loading: Move completed orders to designated dispatch areas and assist with loading delivery vehicles.Stock Rotation: Follow strict stock management procedures (First In, First Out) to maintain product quality.Safety & Housekeeping: Operate all warehouse machinery safely and keep the cold-store workspace clean and hazard-free.Key Requirements
Physical Fitness: Ability to work efficiently in low-temperature environmentsReliability: Strong punctuality and a flexible attitude toward shift patterns and weekend work.Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or cold-store environments is a plus.Licences (Desirable): A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence (Reach or VNA) is highly advantageous.Salary & Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled individual with experience in electronics, testing, fault finding and equipment maintenance to join a dynamic engineering environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, testing, calibration, repair and maintenance of a range of electronic and semiconductor related equipment, ensuring all equipment and products meet required quality, performance and customer standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble, test, inspect and maintain electronic and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to component level where required.Perform routine maintenance, calibration and servicing of electronic systems and precision instrumentation.Support the installation, commissioning and validation of semiconductor process equipment.Read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams, technical drawings, schematics and specifications.Use a range of electronic test equipment to diagnose faults and verify equipment performance.Record test results accurately and maintain service, repair and calibration documentation.Support production, engineering and quality teams with technical expertise and fault-finding support.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company Health & Safety procedures and quality standards.Follow cleanroom procedures and protocols where applicable.Assist with equipment and product improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Work effectively within agreed timescales while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.Undertake overtime when required to support business and production requirements.RequirementsEssentialStrong electronic fault-finding and diagnostic skills.Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, circuit diagrams and technical documentation.Experience using electronic test and diagnostic equipment.Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to fault finding and problem solving.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work effectively within a structured manufacturing or engineering environment.DesirableExperience working within the semiconductor industry or supporting semiconductor manufacturing equipment.Previous experience working within a cleanroom environment.HNC, HND, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology or a related discipline.Experience of PCB assembly, rework and soldering to IPC standards.Knowledge of calibration procedures and quality management systems.Experience working with vacuum systems, robotics, motion control systems, process equipment or precision instrumentation.Previous experience within electronics, PCB manufacturing or a high-tech manufacturing environment.Working HoursThe role operates on a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday:
