Software Deployment Engineer

Our client is a pioneering robotics and automation business, delivering innovative automation solutions to customers across logistics and manufacturing. With a reputation for technical excellence and cutting-edge technology, they are continuing to expand their deployment engineering team.

They are currently looking for a Software Deployment Engineer to play a key role in delivering and optimizing robotic automation systems at customer sites. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with customers, and seeing complex automation projects brought to life.

Working closely with both engineering teams and customers, you will lead deployment activities, commission systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and help continuously improve future implementations.

Responsibilities:Lead software deployment and system integration activities at customer sites.Install, configure, and commission robotic automation systems.Investigate and resolve issues involving software, robots, PLCs, vision systems, and networking.Analyse system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.Provide technical support, training, and guidance during system handover.Develop deployment procedures and troubleshooting documentation.
