The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Senior Field Service Team Lead will:

Lead a team of engineers in installation, commissioning, and ongoing support at customer locationsPlan, prioritise, and execute field service activities efficiently and safelyEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standardsMentor and manage the Field Service Team to maximise effectiveness

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning engineering support activities, including assembly and testing of equipment and cablingLead the team in installation and commissioning of project equipment according to project plansConduct hands-on installation and "setting to work" activitiesMaintain and support routine maintenance cycles, ensuring compliance with legal and quality standardsSupport obsolescence management and lifecycle maintenance activitiesApply first-line leadership skills to manage, motivate, and develop the Field Service Team

What We're Looking For
