We're looking for a skilled Warehouse Operative to support all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse related work and ideally have used Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) previously. This is predominately a manual warehouse role with limited FLT driving (10%) and will involve some heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities for a Warehouse Operative:
Picking and packing ordersHand balling/manually unloading deliveriesProducing paperwork and dispatch labelsLiaise with transport companies ensuring daily collection targets are met.Picking & packing orders for despatch ensuring a high level of accuracy using hand held scanners.Manage stock and prepare transfers for loading goods on to delivery vehicles.Loading and unloading delivery vehicles by hand or with MHE.Ability to move between departmentsKey Skills for a Warehouse Operative:
Valid forklift licenseStrong communication skills & team player.Organised, pro-active & positive attitude.Additional Info:
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.30pm 8.00am-2.45pm on FridaySalary: £27,200 per annumStart Date: ASAP

Hours:
8am-8pm Rotating shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday , Sunday.
Week 2 : Wednesday, Thursday.
Pay: £14.66 Holiday Accrued
Overview of the role:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.Conduct routine quality checks on products.Pack and prepare products for dispatch according to specifications.Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the production floor.Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.Candidate Requirements:
