Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: Sudbury, Suffolk
Join a busy and well-established manufacturer as a Warehouse Operative, supporting the Goods In and Goods Out function. This is a hands-on role involving the safe operation of a Counterbalance Forklift, stock movement, loading and unloading deliveries, and general warehouse duties within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Duties:Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.Loading and unloading deliveries.Receiving, checking and booking in incoming goods.Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.Moving stock safely throughout the warehouse.Assisting with Goods In and Goods Out activities.Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory.Carrying out general warehouse duties and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.Following all health and safety procedures.Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.Skills:Previous experience within a warehouse, Goods In or Goods Out environment.Valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence (essential).Confident operating a Counterbalance Forklift from day one.Good understanding of warehouse processes and stock control.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.How to Apply:

Proactive are currently recruiting for a Plastic Vacuum Forming Technician to join a well-established manufacturing business.
As a Plastic Vacuum Forming Technician, you will play an important role within the production team, manufacturing high-quality plastic components using vacuum forming machinery. You will be responsible for ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up vacuum forming machinery for daily production requirementsSelect and load the correct materials, tooling, and moulds for each production runMonitor machine performance throughout the manufacturing process, making adjustments where necessary to achieve consistent resultsComplete in-process quality checks to ensure products meet customer specificationsIdentify production issues and report or resolve minor equipment faults where appropriateCarry out routine housekeeping and basic preventative maintenance on machinery and work areasAccurately complete production documentation and quality recordsSkills:

Proactive are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative in Sudbury to start work immediately. As an Assembly Operative, you'll be a key part of the production team, working with wiring, components, and hand tools in a clean and supportive environment.
Key Duties:
Assemble electrical products and lighting units in line with production requirements. Follow assembly instructions, wiring diagrams and technical documentation. Carry out basic electrical wiring and fit components accurately. Use a range of hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe workstation at all times.
