You will be required to provide a highly flexible response to variations in demand with minimum supervision, carrying out production activities relating to the manufacture of components and assembly of product. Duties will include:-Ensuring your team deliver the production plan.Monitor output, operational resource and overtime requirements.Support and offer solutions to overcome issues, improve on practices and continuously improve processes.Investigate NCR's and ensure consistent product quality.Develop your team through skills training plans.Ensure adherence to H&S.Management of MRP / ERP systems.

The Candidate:

3 years + in a relative Production Coordination / Management role within a manufacturing environment.Demonstrable experience of developing teams/individuals and implementation of skills training matrices.Monitoring and implementation of H&S practices.Understanding of Lean/ Six sigmaPreferred (but not essential) experience of moulding / plastics and assembly processesPreferred (but not essential) experience / qualification in electrical engineering.

Hours:

Backshift - Monday to Thursday 14.30 - 23.00 / Friday 11.00 - 16.00
