We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Drivers to join a well-established and successful company based in Dunstable.
This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity working within a busy warehouse and goods handling environment. The successful candidate will hold a valid accredited Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence and have previous experience working within Goods In and Despatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.Loading and unloading deliveries.Receiving, checking and booking goods into the warehouse using the company's stock control system.Moving stock to the correct storage locations.Picking, preparing and despatching customer orders.Carrying out stock movements and ensuring accurate inventory records.Completing warehouse documentation accurately.Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.Adhering to all Health and Safety policies and warehouse procedures.Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
