Electrical Engineer Primary Purpose of the Role

Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager looking for a senior, hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are seeking a Site Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations, ensure asset reliability, and drive a strong health & safety culture across the site.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for coordinating maintenance activity, managing risk, and ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
About the Role
As Site Maintenance Manager, you will be a vital member of the maintenance leadership team. You will take ownership of planned and reactive maintenance, oversee day-to-day team activities, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and operational teams to prioritise workload, resolve technical issues, and continuously improve site performance.
Key Responsibilities
