We are seeking experienced Electrical Fitters to support a large-scale automation installation project at a brand-new distribution centre. This is a hands-on role focused on installing and wiring conveyor and automation systems within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical installation on conveyor and automation systemsWiring motors, sensors, and control panelsCable routing, glanding, and terminationElectrical assembly on automation linesConnecting field devices and control equipmentReading and working from electrical drawings and schematicsSupporting system build and installation activitiesAssisting with testing and commissioning

Requirements:

Strong electrical installation experience, ideally within conveyors or automationHands-on electrical fitting and wiring experienceExperience working on new-build construction sitesValid CSCS/ECS Card (Essential)

Project Details:

Location: Bristol

Duration: Till December 2026

Rate: £30 per hour

Saturday Rate: £37 per hour

THE ROLE

As Engineering Team Leader, you will take responsibility for the performance and development of the engineering team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in minimising downtime, improving equipment reliability and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
