About the Company:
Total Control Services Ltd is a specialist provider of Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions, delivering expert control systems and engineering services. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced BMS Control Panel Supervisor / Senior Panel Wirer to join their engineering team based in Tunbridge Wells.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical assembly professional with strong panel wiring skills and leadership experience to play a key role in the production, testing, and quality control of BMS control panels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the assembly, wiring, testing, and inspection of control panels while supporting and supervising a team of technicians within a busy workshop environment.
The Role:Supervise and support a team of technicians in the assembly and wiring of control panels
Build and wire BMS control panels from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Install and wire electrical components including relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and PLCs
Carry out quality inspections and checks on completed panels
Support testing, fault finding, and validation of control panels
Maintain accurate records of wiring layouts, modifications, and test results
Allocate workloads and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are achieved
Promote continuous improvement and maintain high workshop standards
Ensure all activities comply with health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:Proven experience in electrical assembly, control panel wiring, or similar technical roles
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience working with control panels, automation, or BMS systems
Good knowledge of electrical components and wiring practices
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is highly desirable
Desirable Experience:BMS, automation, or PLC panel wiring experience
Electrical engineering qualifications or technical certifications
Experience leading a workshop team or mentoring technicians

You will be responsible for:
