This is a Permanent Position
Salary - £32k- £35k per annum
Shift Timings : Mon - Friday 8AM - 5PM
Responsibilities:
Follow detailed assembly instructions to construct scientific instruments according to specifications and quality standards.Utilize hand tools, machinery, and specialized equipment to assemble components accurately and efficiently.Ensure that all assembly tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet production deadlines.Conduct functional tests and quality checks on assembled instruments to verify performance and adherence to specifications.Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects encountered during testing, working collaboratively with the production team to resolve them.Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Report any Bill of Materials (BOM) issues or discrepancies to the Production Team Lead for resolution and follow-up.Interested candidates can share their CV at [email protected] or call at +44 1784919769 for further information.

Production Build Technician's Required London
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Production Build Technicians to join a leading automotive manufacturer working on innovative vehicle programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly skilled engineering team responsible for the assembly, testing and development of complex mechanical and electrical systems.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on engineering background and will be confident working from engineering drawings to build and test high-quality assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and electrical components to engineering drawings and work instructions.Carry out the fabrication and fitting of components and sub-assemblies.Perform functional testing, fault finding and debugging of assemblies to ensure they meet specification.Interpret engineering drawings, technical documentation and assembly procedures.Support prototype builds and new product development activities where required.Carry out basic machining, fabrication or welding activities as part of the build process.Identify build issues and work with engineering teams to implement improvements.Ensure all work is completed to the required quality, safety and manufacturing standards.Maintain a clean and organised working environment in line with company procedures.Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
Mechanical and electrical assembly experience.Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.Experience of assembly, fabrication and fitting.Experience carrying out testing and debugging activities.Basic machining, fabrication or welding experience.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Good IT skills and confidence using engineering software and documentation.Previous experience within the automotive industry.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Full eligibility to work in the UK.Desirable Skills
The following would be advantageous but are not essential:
Experience within electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing.Experience in motorsport engineering.Prototype or low-volume vehicle build experience.Knowledge of automotive quality standards and lean manufacturing principles.What's on Offer

The company design and manufacture electric vehicles used within harsh environments. Candidates ideally need to have automotive assembly and some form of high voltage/HV training
Standard working hours - 7.30am-4pm
High level assembly technician role - Electro mechanical experience - Ideally automotive or F1 experience!
