We'recurrently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a leading global organisation within the automation and intralogistics industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineer to work on a highly automated site, supporting the maintenance and performance of advanced warehouse automation systems.
The RoleAs a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a range of automated equipment and ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on automated equipmentResponding to breakdowns and carrying out electrical and mechanical fault findingTroubleshooting faults on conveyors, automated cranes, lifts, robotics and control systemsTesting, repairing and maintaining electrical, mechanical and automation equipmentSupporting the installation and commissioning of machinery and equipmentPrioritising and responding to reactive maintenance issuesWorking with subcontractors, customers and project teams when requiredCompleting maintenance records and ensuring accurate documentationSupporting continuous improvement activities to improve equipment reliability and performanceEnsuring all work is completed in line with health and safety proceduresYou will be working with advanced automated warehouse and intralogistics equipment, which may include automated storage and retrieval systems, conveyors, robotics, cranes and associated control systems.
Working HoursThis role operates on a three-week rotating shift pattern with no night shifts:
Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pmWeek 2: 7:00am - 3:00pmWeek 3: 2:00pm - 10:00pmYou will have two weekends off. When weekend work is required, overtime will be paid. Alternatively, you may choose to take time off in lieu during the week.
