Job Title: Production Operative / Linisher
Location: Kempston
Contract Type: Temp to Permanent
Hours: 36 hours per week
£11.44 - £13 per hour

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

We are recruiting for a Linisher / Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company. This role involves preparing products for finishing using linishing machines and assisting in the assembly area when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate linishing machines to prepare products for finishing.
• Assist with product assembly as required.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality in the workplace.

• Reliable team player with good communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
