Key Responsibilities

Experience supervising a team member or coordinating maintenance activities.

Experience managing contractors and external service providers.

A good understanding of health & safety requirements within a facilities environment.

The ability to prioritise workloads and manage both planned and reactive tasks.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

A full UK driving licence.

General Project Manager - Warehouse Automation - Contract

Pay: $70.00-$80.00 per hour
Job Description:
General Project Manager
A leading warehouse automation integrator is seeking a General Project Manager.
This is a long-term, site-based project involving large-scale automation, robotics, conveyor and sortation systems within a distribution environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery through installation, commissioning, client coordination and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day project delivery on site
* Manage project schedule, budget, risks and milestones
* Coordinate internal engineering, controls, installation and commissioning teams
* Manage subcontractors, vendors and client stakeholders
* Drive project reporting, issue resolution and change management
* Ensure safety, quality and delivery standards are maintained throughout the project
Requirements:
* 7+ years of Project Management experience
* Strong warehouse automation, material handling or intralogistics background
* Experience with conveyors, sortation, robotics or ASRS/ARS environments
* Project experience preferred
* Strong stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
* Comfortable being primarily site-based
* Experience working for an automation integrator preferred
