Location: Windsor (SL4)

Proactive Global is currently recruiting for an experienced Assembly Technician to join one of our established clients based in Windsor.
About the Role:
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing products in line with manufacturing instructions, meeting quality standards, and delivering against the daily Production Plan.
This role involves both mechanical and electrical assembly, including handling small mechanical components and soldering.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to Manufacturing Instructions and Production PlanMaintain quality standards and ensure attention to detailPerform mechanical and electrical assembly, including solderingFollow Health & Safety procedures at all timesMaintain excellent housekeeping in the work areaCollaborate with team members to support continuous improvement in manufacturing operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' continuous experience in an assembly environmentProficient with mechanical and electrical sub-assembly workPrevious soldering experience is essentialStrong attention to detail and quality focusPositive attitude and willingness to develop skillsTeam player with good communication skillsIf you wish to be considered for this role please send your CV to Joanna on [email protected]
