Shift Timings : 07:30 am - 16:00 (Monday - Thursday), 7:30 am - 1:00 pm (Fridays)
Location : Taplow, Maidenhead, SL6
Salary : £16 per hour PAYE/ £19 per hour - Umbrella Pay
Responsibilities:
Ability to operate plant and equipment or manufacturing processes on our Press Brake machines (Safan/Amada).Ability to work to a tolerance (+/- 0.2mm), small to medium batches, requiring a high degree of accuracy.Ensures consistent high quality of finished product, working with 3rd and 1st angle engineering drawings.Maintains a high-quality standard and ensures a good level of housekeepingAbility to use measuring equipment.Reliable, accurate and flexible working attitude.Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.Must have a can-do attitude.Interested candidates can directly apply to this Advert, share CV's at [email protected] or call at +44 1784919765 for further discussions.

💷 Pay: £17.00 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance) - Non-negotiable
🕒 Shifts: Rotating weekly
6:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 10:00pm
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join a busy manufacturing team based in Normanton, Wakefield. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sheet metal professional looking for a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake machinery, producing high-quality components while ensuring all work meets engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
The Role:Set up and operate Amada CNC Press Brakes
Produce components accurately from engineering drawings and specifications
Carry out machine adjustments and tooling changes
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
Work with a variety of sheet metal materials and thicknesses
Use measuring equipment to maintain accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining high standards
What We're Looking For:Previous experience operating CNC Press Brakes (Amada experience preferred)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience working within a sheet metal fabrication environment
Good understanding of measuring equipment and quality inspection standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
Ability to work alternating shift patterns
