Position Summary
The Site Manager will lead on-site execution of automated material-handling and sortation system projects. This role is responsible for overseeing installation, pre-operation, and commissioning activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
The Site Manager will act as the primary on-site point of contact, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders. This person will be responsible for managing daily site activity, enforcing safety expectations, resolving field issues, tracking progress, and providing accurate reporting to leadership and project teams.
