We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Project Planner to support the successful delivery of complex automated projects. This role is ideal for a planning professional with a solid background in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder settings. Working closely with Project Managers, functional leads, clients, and subcontractors, the Project Planner will play a critical role in building, maintaining, and reporting on project schedules, ensuring clarity, alignment, and control across all phases of the project life-cycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating closely with Project Managers, planners, and functional leads to create and manage detailed schedules for automated projects, covering overlapping phases like installation, commissioning, integration, testing, and site acceptanceConsolidating multiple schedules into a comprehensive master project schedule, including baseline, status, critical path, and performance metrics against baselinesGenerating and updating high-level schedule reports such as , milestone charts, and other tools to support critical path analysis and track upcoming tasksGathering and analyzing data to prepare progress reports for both clients and internal teamsAssisting Project Managers with internal resource utilization tracking and contributing to the weekly schedule reviews with the project management teamDemonstrating confidence when interacting with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractorsManaging the client-facing document control system for the project, including transmittal forms, submittals, and tracking document submissionsTaking and drafting meeting minutes for internal and client project meetingsTaking on additional project-related tasks as assigned by the Project ManagerAbout You
The ideal candidate will possess minimum 2 years of experience in project planning, ideally within the Industrial/manufacturing/Logistics/Warehouse sectors. While experience in the Automation Industry is advantageous, we are primarily looking for someone with:

Position Summary
The Site Manager will lead on-site execution of automated material-handling and sortation system projects. This role is responsible for overseeing installation, pre-operation, and commissioning activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
The Site Manager will act as the primary on-site point of contact, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders. This person will be responsible for managing daily site activity, enforcing safety expectations, resolving field issues, tracking progress, and providing accurate reporting to leadership and project teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands field execution, customer communication, safety, schedule management, and the importance of delivering successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day on-site project execution for automated material handling and sortation system installations.
* Oversee installation, pre-operation, testing, and commissioning activities.
* Ensure project work is completed within scope, on schedule, in accordance with safety requirements, and in line with quality standards.
* Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
* Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and site resources to support project timelines.
* Monitor site progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or execution issues.
* Enforce all site safety policies, procedures, and customer-specific requirements.
* Resolve field-level issues quickly while escalating major risks or blockers when needed.
* Maintain accurate daily reporting, project documentation, and status updates.
* Support customer satisfaction by ensuring clear communication and professional site execution.
* Partner with project management, engineering, and operations teams to drive successful project delivery.
* Help ensure smooth handoff from installation through commissioning and project completion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience leading site operations, installation teams, construction crews, automation projects, or material handling system projects.
* Strong understanding of field execution, site safety, scheduling, and customer communication.
* Experience working around conveyors, sortation systems, warehouse automation, robotics, or industrial equipment is highly preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in the field.
* Comfortable holding teams accountable to safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
* Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel extensively based on project needs.
