Proactive Global is hiring for experienced Electronics Technician to join a leading manufacturing company based in High Wycombe, HP12. Candidates with prior exposure to PCB /Electro-mechanical compoennets would be ideal.
This is a Permanent Position
Salary - £28K per annum
Shift Timings : Mon - Friday 8AM - 5PM
Responsibilities:
Assembly of electro-mechanical systems.Soldering of electronics componentsWiring and crimping of cables and loomsInspection of delivered components and sub-systems.Testing and recording of acquired dataEssential Experience:

We are currently seeking a skilled electronic technician to work for one of our clients based in St. Neots, the ideal candidate will have experience in electronic assembly and be happy to work across various areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and systems according to technical specifications and production guidelines.Perform precision soldering and wiring of electronics componentsInterpret and follow detailed technical schematics, blueprints, and production documents to ensure accurate assembly and testing procedures.Maintain accurate records of production data, and any issues encountered during the assembly and testing processes.Collaborate with production engineers and quality control teams to improve assembly methods and testing procedures.Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and repair of production and test equipment to ensure optimal performance.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.Required Experience:
Experience in electronic assembly environment.Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and assembly processes.Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and production documents.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production and testing issues.Ability to communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing and to work collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment with minimal supervision.Additional Info:

Test Technician may carry out tasks such as.
Leads and delivers in test activities following instructions and processes to ensure technology is delivered effectively, efficiently, on-time, to specification and in a cost effective manner.Performs/prepares test activities during product manufacturing.Electronics assembly inspection support.Use of standard bench top test equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, multimeters etc.Ability to fault find electronic circuits and assemblies to component level.Follows and communicates understanding of test procedures, processes and technical documentation.Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.Maintains manufacturing documentation to achieve full standards of traceability.Testing equipment 'Plug and Play'The ability to read from manufacturing drawingsAssembly of electromechanical equipment with help of basic hand tools & following through Work instruction/schematicsKeen in learning new skillsQualifications and Experience:
