What You'll Do

You'll troubleshoot complex systems and implement innovative solutionsYour diagnostic skills will be put to the test identifying and resolving root causes of automation breakdownsYou'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance machine performanceYou'll own continuous improvement projects from conception to implementationWorking rotating shift pattern early, lates and nights

Technical Excellence

Oversee complex automated systems including AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robotics) technologyImplement best-in-class maintenance strategies to maximize operational efficiencyPreventative maintenance operations while minimizing equipment downtime

What You'll Bring

Essential Experience

Electrical and mechanical engineering qualifications (minimum ONC Electrical Engineering/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)Hands-on experience maintaining complex automation equipmentStrong understanding of Health & Safety legislationAbility to communicate technical concepts clearlyFull UK driving licenseAdaptability and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team

Technical Skills

Deep understanding of automation systemsExperience in automated maintenance
