Job Purpose:
Responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, installing, and repairing electronic/mechanical equipment in the field while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Collaborates with peers, supports special projects, and maintains strong technical documentation and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily service repairs and field installationsTroubleshoot and resolve electronic/mechanical issues using schematicsMaintain accurate service logs and submit reports promptlyManage parts ordering, installation, and returnsTrain customers on equipment operation as neededEnsure tools and test equipment are calibrated and maintainedProvide technical support and participate in special projects or site surveys
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate's degree or Trade Certification with Level 3 Engineering qualificationExperience in field repair of electronic/electrical systemsProficient in MS Office and comfortable with technical documentationStrong communication, teamwork, and customer service orientationFlexible and able to travel on short notice
