Our client is a global leader in the intralogistics and industrial storage industry, specialising in advanced manufacturing solutions and automated production processes. Due to continued growth, they are looking for motivated Automated Production Line Operators to join their production team in Dottignies, Belgium.
This opportunity is ideal for hands-on and technically minded production professionals who enjoy working with industrial machinery, maintaining high-quality standards and developing their skills within a modern manufacturing environment.
Depending on your experience and background, you may work within different production areas, including profiling lines, painting/coating processes, bracing, slitting or press operations. Full technical training will be provided to ensure you can successfully operate and understand the assigned production equipment.
You will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring quality standards and ensuring products meet technical specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:Operate and monitor automated production equipment within the assigned production area.Set up, adjust and control machinery according to production requirements.Perform quality checks to ensure products meet technical specifications.Monitor production processes and identify deviations or quality issues.Carry out basic machine adjustments, tooling changes and production changeovers.Complete production documentation and quality records.Follow safety, quality and housekeeping standards.Support continuous improvement activities within the production environment.Requirements:Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or industrial environment.Experience operating machinery such as profiling lines, presses, slitting equipment, coating/painting systems or similar is an advantage.Technical background in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, Production or a related field is preferred.Ability to understand technical processes and follow production procedures.Strong quality mindset and attention to detail.Willingness to work shifts depending on production requirements (AM/PM, weekends or nights).Reliable, committed and motivated to develop technical skills.Reasons why you should apply:Permanent position with an international manufacturing company.Full training provided on specialised production equipment.Opportunity to develop expertise across advanced automated production processes.Stable long-term career opportunity in Belgium.Work within a modern industrial environment with opportunities for professional growth.
