About You:
You are commercially intelligent, technically curious and thrive in an external, client-facing sales role where you can influence outcomes and close complex deals.

You Bring:
* Proven experience in B2B solution sales/ consulting within industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing integration or capital equipment.
* A strong track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
* Experience selling project-based solutions ($500K - $1M+).
* The ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels and translate technical requirements into commercial solutions.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, including contract and T&C management.
* Exposure to automation technologies such as robotics, special purpose machinery or production systems.
* A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to manage a large territory.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* An engineering, mechatronics or electrical background (advantageous, not essential).
* Current Australian drivers licence with some interstate travel as needed (not extensive)
* Remote working: WFH if not visiting clients.
