Their solutions span cube-based ASRS, autonomous robots, goods-to-person systems, and warehouse execution software - enabling clients across e-commerce, 3PL, FMCG, retail, pharma and manufacturing to scale efficiently and intelligently.
With a strong ANZ pipeline and continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a commercially driven Sales Manager - ANZ to lead new business growth across the region.
Your Responsibilities:
Drive new business growth across ANZ, with a strong focus on hunting, lead generation and conversion (90% new business).Manage selected key accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities across multiple industry sectors.Sell high-value, modular automation solutions including ASRS, autonomous mobile robots, goods-to-person systems and WES software.Manage the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and qualification through to RFQs/RFPs, proposal, negotiation and close.Lead complex, medium to long sales cycles (up to 24 months) across projects ranging from $4M - $20M.Work closely with internal BDMs, Solution Design Engineers and Consultants to develop tailored, end-to-end solutions.Act as a product and solution champion, articulating technical capabilities to both commercial and technical stakeholders.Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.About You:
You are commercially driven, technically capable and thrive in a high-value, consultative sales environment where you can influence outcomes and win complex deals.
You Bring:
At least 5 years' experience in B2B solution sales within warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling or related industries.A strong track record of winning new business and closing high-value, project-based deals.Experience managing long, complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders.The ability to translate technical solutions into clear commercial value.Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and drive.Exposure to automation technologies (ASRS, robotics, AMRs, WES/WMS) is highly regarded.Engineering background (mechatronics/electrical) - advantageous, not essential.Willingness to travel interstate (4-5 trips per month).This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing Sales Manager to step into a strategic ANZ role, own major client relationships and drive revenue across complex, high-value automation projects.
