ROBOTICS CONTROL ENGINEER

Location: Dresden, Germany (hybrid model)

For our client in Germany - a leading provider of technology consulting, platform and product engineering, AI, and advanced analytics services - we are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Robotics Control Engineer.

You will play a key role in developing and advancing cutting-edge robotics programming tools and solutions. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in robotics, computer science, mathematics, and machine learning to drive innovation.

Key responsibilities:

You will work with a global team of researchers and engineers in the field of robotics and computer vision to deliver innovative products and solutionsDevelop software for controlling and operating robotic systems, implementing algorithms for perception, planning, and controlContribute to the development of robotics toolpath planning algorithms, their simulation and validationIntegrate hardware and software components into complete robotic systems, conducting testing and validation to ensure functionality and performanceExperiment with state-of-the-art methods in object detection, pose estimation, and motion planningParticipate in design and implementation of robotics programming tools and reusable components

Qualifications:

MS or PhD degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field5+ years of experience with commissioning and programming industrial robots, with a focus on developing and deploying manipulation robotic systems (e.g. bin picking, packaging, agriculture picking)Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB, and experience with robotics frameworks and librariesFamiliarity with robotic simulation tools and platforms, such as ROS (Robot Operating System), Gazebo and Isaac Sim/OmniverseExperience with robotic perception and manipulation algorithms, such as path planning and motion controlStrong understanding of robotic hardware components and subsystems, including sensors, actuators, and control systemsExperience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and computer vision modelsExperience in manufacturing industry and understanding of manufacturing processes such as welding, surface treatment, painting, and polishing is a strong advantage

SIMULATION ENGINEER

Location: Dresden, Germany (hybrid model)

For our client in Germany - a leading provider of technology consulting, platform and product engineering, AI, and advanced analytics services - we are looking for a Simulation Engineer to join their Robotics Lab and contribute to the development of a revolutionary robotics platform.

In this role, you will design and implement high-fidelity simulations of mechanical systems and robotic environments using NVIDIA Omniverse, supporting the development and optimization of real-world robotic solutions. You will collaborate closely with robotics and ML engineers, leveraging Python and simulation tools such as Isaac Sim and Blender.

Key responsibilities:

Develop realistic simulations using NVIDIA Omniverse / Isaac SimValidate and tune physical parameters, kinematics, and constraintsCreate Python scripts for automation and simulation logicCollaborate with robotics and ML engineers to test algorithmsWork with CAD models and integrate them into simulation environmentsMaintain version-controlled simulation assetsDocument simulation workflows and logic

Key responsibilities:

You will be a part of the RnD team, designing and developing models for dexterous robotic manipulation for Manufacturing and Logistics applicationsLead and contribute to cutting-edge research in robotic perception, motion generation, and physical AIDesign, develop, and experiment with novel algorithms, architectures, and techniques that enhance the performance, efficiency, and scalability of our AI modelsDesign and implement robotic applications combining conventional computer vision, motion planning, and VLA/RL modelsDefine data generation, collection, and curation strategies; supervise data collection to scale up our datasets and model capabilities

Qualifications:
