About the Role
Were looking for a hands-on Maintenance Sites Team Leader to lead the maintenance team at a large-scale automated warehouse operation in Lyons, GA. This site runs an advanced robotics environment - 3 systems, 450 robots (Skypod) - supporting a high-volume manufacturing and distribution operation..
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians (5-10 total reports: several permanent on-site, remainder distributed across other sites)Plan maintenance operations and ensure theyre completed on scheduleOwn recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of your team membersCoach team members based on their individual strengths and growth areas - including mentoring junior/ambitious technicians in a collaborative, not top-down, styleProvide hands-on technical and operational support to the team during daily workLead or co-lead team rituals (huddles, check-ins, reviews) according to our established frameworkTrack, report on, and challenge site performance KPIs (reliability, safety, budget, resource management) ensure all data, including KPI exclusions, is reported accurately and on timeManage material purchasing within your sites allocated budgetCoordinate third-party vendor schedules and ensure mandatory equipment inspections are completed on timeEnsure your team, external partners, and the customer comply with all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) procedures, including 5S site organization standardsReason systematically through equipment downtime - separating known vs. unknown causes - and communicate business impact, not just the technical fixDrive a preventative maintenance mindset on-site, not just reactive repairsParticipate in continuous improvement projects on-siteMay participate in level 2 on call rotationPhysical Requirements
While hands-on fieldwork is not a daily expectation of this role, the Team Leader must be able to perform it as needed to support the team and cover gaps. Candidates must be able to:
Use and manipulate standard hand toolsOccasionally lift up to 50 lbsWork from heights of up to 50 ftUse and operate lifts with a manufacturer-rated capacity of 250 lbs (including tools and equipment weighing approximately 30 lbs)Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to access and repair equipment at ground levelWork on overhead equipment, including extended reaching and manual dexterityRequirements
Prior experience leading, supervising, or coaching a team of technicians, ideally in a field service, industrial maintenance, or automated/robotics warehouse environmentStrong ownership mentality - proactively tracks and reports on site performance rather than waiting to be askedData-driven approach to maintenance and site managementExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into terms non-technical stakeholders and clients can understandCollaborative mindset - this is a shared site with project teams, and a _how can I help_ attitude is essentialComfortable managing both on-site direct reports and remote team members, coordinating across the client, your team, and leadershipStrong organizational skills ensures tools, equipment, and the site are left in proper conditionExperience with maintenance/CMMS software or robotics monitoring tools preferred, but not required for an otherwise strong candidateValid drivers license must reside within approximately 1 hour of the Lyons, GA site (relocation within 1-2 months considered for the right candidate)Willingness to travel up to 25% to other sitesWillingness and physical ability to step into hands-on troubleshooting and repair work as needed (see Physical Requirements above)The following are a bonus:

We are looking for a Software Factory Manager to oversee applications dedicated to company's employees. The team consists of about ten employees involved in the design, development, and testing of in-house applications, with an existing portfolio primarily built using PHP and Vue.js.
The long-term vision is to evolve the Software Factory toward an AI-augmented development model that is more efficient, more industrialized, and more focused on business impact, in close coordination with the Product team.
We need someone capable of leading a human, organizational, and technical transformation and supporting the team's upskilling. A key asset will be prior experience actively participating in transformation programs, ideally in a rapidly evolving tech environment.
Responsibilities:
Define, through experimentation and an iterative approach, new production and application industrialization processes to leverage generative AI.Lead the adoption of AI in development processes and support the team's human and organizational transformation.Identify the resulting impacts on employees and implement the necessary actions to facilitate acceptance of the change.Establish, monitor, and manage performance metrics to demonstrate the value created in the short, medium, and long term.Continuously evolve the competency framework and team structure in line with the transformation of business functions and processes.Oversee key technical decisions and challenge decisions related to tools, methods, and development strategies.Collaborate closely with Product teams and other stakeholders to ensure tangible business impact.Manage a team of approximately 10 employees responsible for the design, development, and testing of internal applications.Must-have skills and experience
