We are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Specialist to take a leading role in coordinating maintenance activities across automated logistics facilities and material handling systems.

The position combines maintenance coordination, technical leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, facilities support, vendor management, and small project management. Your role
This is a hybrid role combining process ownership with operational execution. While this is not a traditional shift based SOC analyst position, the role requires strong operational understanding and hands on involvement in selected SOC activities, particularly where deep process knowledge, coordination, or regulatory context is essential.
You will work closely with SOC leadership, security analysts, incident responders, IT/OT teams, GISO, Legal, and the broader IT and OT delivery teams to translate cybersecurity requirements into practical operational procedures, playbooks, templates, and guidelines. The SOC Process & Capability Analyst is an integral part of the Airports SOC organization.
You will be part of the SOC Services team, responsible for implementing SOC services, transitioning them into operations, and participating hands on in the execution of selected critical SOC activities.

We are looking for a flexible, independent professional who can help shape, operationalize, and mature the Airports SOC and its services. This role combines process ownership with active operational involvement, especially in areas where deep process knowledge, coordination, or regulatory context is required.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager - Robotics & Warehouse Automation to join their team. This position is well-suited to a commercially driven and ambitious sales professional who is looking to develop new business opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of advanced automation solutions. This position is based in the Sales department and answers to the Sales Director. You will drive new business development across the Dutch market, manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract completion, and work closely with internal technical teams to deliver value-driven automation solutions for customers.

Responsibilities:

* Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the robotics and warehouse automation sector.

* Manage the complete sales process including prospecting, customer engagement, negotiation, and project handover.

* Develop sales strategies, maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, and achieve commercial targets.

* Build strong relationships with end users, integrators, and strategic industry partners.

* Collaborate with Sales Engineering teams to create technical concepts, proposals, and customer presentations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within automation, robotics, intralogistics, manufacturing, or related technology sectors.

* Strong commercial understanding with experience managing complex sales cycles.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Solution Design Engineer to join their team. This position is well-suited to an analytical and technically driven person who is looking to design high-performance logistical solutions and play a key role in shaping complex automation projects from concept through implementation. This position is based in the Solution Design department and answers to the Solution Design Manager. You will develop innovative concepts for Sortation and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), translate customer requirements and operational data into detailed system designs, and collaborate with international sales and engineering teams to deliver scalable and cost-effective automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Develop conceptual and detailed designs for advanced material handling systems, including sortation solutions, 3D ASRS, and fulfilment systems based on customer requirements, throughput targets, and storage needs.

* Create and optimise system layouts using AutoCAD and Autodesk Navisworks, including model integration, clash detection, and design reviews.

* Analyse operational data, calculate throughput and capacity requirements, and create scalable solutions supported by technical documentation, specifications, and equipment lists.

* Lead technical discussions with internal teams, CAD engineers, project teams, and international customers.

* Support commercial proposals and customer presentations by explaining technical solutions and design decisions.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
* 4-5+ years of experience designing, engineering, or implementing material handling systems, with a focus on Sortation and/or ASRS.

* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and experience using Autodesk Navisworks for model review and clash detection.

* Strong analytical skills with experience analysing operational data using Excel or similar tools.

* Excellent professional English communication skills (written and verbal).

* Experience with simulation software, WMS/WCS integration, or Creo/SolidWorks knowledge is advantageous.

* Fluency or professional working proficiency in German and/or French is highly desirable.
