You will own the following:

Understanding of highly technical and mechanical baggage handling/ conveyor systems.BHS scope: Direct delivery experience on baggage handling scope - checked baggage inspection systems (CBIS/CBRA), outbound and inbound conveyor, sortation, make-up devices, and EDS integration.Risk management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to protect timeline and budget.Testing & commissioning: Experience planning and executing FAT, SAT, and integrated system testing with OEMs, and managing punch/acceptance through TSA and airline sign-off.Client advisory: Track record serving as a trusted advisor to clients, not just an executor of scope.Phasing in live operations: Managing installation and cutover inside an operating terminal - night and off-peak work windows, temporary bag flow, and coordination with airline and TSA operations.Mentorship: Demonstrated experience developing junior PM talent.Controls & interfaces: Working knowledge of PLC/SCADA controls, BHS/BIDS and airline system interfaces, and coordination with MEP, structural, IT, and low-voltage trades.BD: Active BD expectation: client relationship growth, consulting partner engagement, and industry visibility.Nice to HaveCertifications: PMP or CCM certification.OEM familiarity: Prior work with major BHS suppliers - Vanderlande, Siemens Logistics, BEUMER, Daifuku, or Fives.Aviation experience: Airport or airline-specific construction experience.Throughput modeling: Exposure to BHS simulation and capacity analysis (Emulate3D, FlexSim, AutoMod) and reading throughput/redundancy requirements.The DetailsLocation: Multiple US airport locations, onsite/hybrid depending on assignment.Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.

The Role

Reporting to the Engineering Program Manager and working closely with Senior Structural and Project Engineers, you will be responsible for the structural design and detailing of support systems for complex conveyor and baggage handling projects.

You will work across platforms, header steel, hanger supports, floor supports and other conveyor support structures, with a focus on material optimisation, weight reduction, structural integrity and manufacturing cost.

Responsibilities

Design and detail structural steel and support systems for conveyor and automated material handling equipment.

Develop platforms, header steel, hanger supports, floor supports and other structural components.

Perform structural calculations both manually and using engineering design software.

Prepare structural calculation packages and engineering documentation for PE approval and stamping.

Provide PE stamping of drawings and calculations across applicable states.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and engineering documentation.

Work closely with Mechanical Engineers, Project Engineers and Designers to develop integrated system and structural designs.

Optimise structural designs to reduce material usage, manufacturing costs and loads imposed on building structures.

Review and check structural designs and detailing against applicable engineering codes and project requirements.

Investigate structural issues and equipment failures and recommend appropriate design modifications.

Support manufacturing, fabrication, installation and field engineering activities.

Evaluate alternative structural designs and engineering methods to improve performance and constructability.

Specify structural components and modifications to ensure compliance with engineering and performance requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering focus, or equivalent relevant engineering experience.

Licensed/Registered Civil or Structural Professional Engineer (PE) across multiple US states.

Experience designing structural steel and support systems for industrial equipment, material handling or automation projects.

Experience preparing structural calculations and engineering packages for PE stamping.

Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, applicable codes and engineering standards.

Experience with structural design software such as STAAD.

Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor or similar engineering design software.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and technical specifications.

Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple engineering priorities and projects simultaneously.

About the Role
Were seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading warehouse automation integrator on a 1 year contract to hire.
This is a key leadership position responsible for managing the construction, installation, and onsite execution of large-scale warehouse automation and material handling projects across the United States. Youll provide day-to-day leadership onsite, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Customers, Contractors, and third-party suppliers, youll act as the primary site representative while coordinating installation teams through every stage of project delivery.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with extensive experience managing conveyor, AS/RS, AutoStore, robotics, sortation, or material handling installations within a systems integration environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day site leadership throughout installation and construction activities
* Coordinate mechanical and electrical installation teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Ensure projects are completed in accordance with contractual requirements and engineering specifications
* Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all onsite activities
* Manage site quality, schedules, subcontractors, and installation progress
* Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Customers, Contractors, and third-party suppliers
* Monitor site productivity, identify project risks, and resolve issues proactively
* Support commissioning, system testing, punch list completion, and final project handover

About the Role
Were seeking an experienced Project Manager II to join a leading warehouse automation organization supporting a major Material Handling Equipment (MHE) project in Pennsylvania.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager with a strong background in warehouse automation, material handling, or intralogistics to lead project delivery from planning through execution. Youll work closely with engineering, commissioning, installation, and customer teams to ensure successful delivery while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
The role is primarily remote throughout the initial three-month contract, with only occasional travel required for customer meetings or key project milestones. There is also a strong possibility of extending beyond the initial contract for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the successful delivery of material handling and warehouse automation projects
* Coordinate engineering, commissioning, installation, and customer teams
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
* Monitor project progress and proactively manage project risks
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Manage project reporting, forecasting, and change management activities
* Support commissioning activities and final customer acceptance
* Drive communication across multidisciplinary project teams

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
CAD drawing and conceptual layout design experience.
Demonstrated experience defining and launching warehouse turnkey solutions.

As a Sr. Project Engineer/Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, contractors, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the full lifecycle of projects. Beyond project delivery, you will play an active role in building presence across North America. Job Responsibilities

As a Sr. Project Engineer/Manager, your responsibilities may include:
