Join a Growing Automated Distribution & Logistics Operation
We are seeking a skilled Mechatronic Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced automated material handling systems within a high-volume distribution environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technology while contributing to the efficiency and reliability of critical warehouse operations.

Schedule
This is an on-site position. Multiple shifts available.
Essential Functions
Coordinate on-site installation, maintenance, and repair activities for electrical and mechanical automated systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, calibrate, and align automated equipment and machinery.
Resolve issues involving electrical, mechanical, and control system interfaces.
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with operations teams and site leadership regarding system status and maintenance activities.
Work with vendors and external service providers as needed.
Navigate ladders, stairs, catwalks, and elevated work platforms to inspect and repair equipment.
Support planned maintenance, emergency repairs, and system recovery efforts.
May occasionally work extended hours, weekends, or holidays to support operational requirements.
May travel periodically for training or support assignments at other facilities.
Perform work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Responsibilities
Train site personnel on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
Assist with maintaining technical documentation and system manuals.
Participate in operational and maintenance meetings.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability programs.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Electronic Technology, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or automated systems environment preferred.
Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, drives, belts, bearings, sensors, and conveyors.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with automated material handling systems is a plus.
Physical & Safety Requirements
This position requires work at elevated heights and access to equipment located approximately 90-109 feet above ground level. Employees must be able to safely climb and descend multiple flights of stairs and perform work while utilizing required personal protective equipment and fall-protection systems. Candidates must be able to safely perform these essential job functions and operate all required equipment in accordance with company safety policies and manufacturer specifications.
