Key Responsibilities:
- Lead/Support the selection, purchase, validation, calibration, installation, deployment and maintenance of metrology tools.
- Ensure timely development and deployment of quality control methods.
- Perform Risk analysis, procedures and deliver Work instructions for Quality control tools and methods.
- Develop and deploy training of Quality control tools and methods.
- Ensure timely compliance to Measurement system analysis (MSA).
- Perform measurement and analyze results and reports.
- Benchmark and evaluate new metrology techniques and tools with internal and external parties.
- Lead Quality improvement plan to optimize quality methods (e.g. Reliability, Cost, Cycle time).
- Develop measurement technical expertise and generate and transfer Lesson learned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical, Electrochemical or Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
- At least 3/6 years experience in Quality control methods and tools (e.g. CMM, Microscopy, CT Scanning, Vision systems, Electrical testing systems/XRF, XRD, Electron microscopy, ICP MS/AES, Karl Fisher, GC-MS)).
- Experience in a battery company is a STRONG PLUS.
- Experience in ISO 17025 standard is a PLUS.
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is a MUST.
- Fluency in Italian (oral and written) is a STRONG PLUS.
- Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and to manage tight deadlines.
