Technical Sales Coordinator
Proactive Global is hiring for experienced Technical Sales Coordinator for a leading manufacturing company based in Sunbury-Upon-Thames Location. The client is looking for some experienced professionals will act as a key link between sales, engineering, service teams, and our valued clients.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8AM - 4:30PM
Location: Sunbury-Upon-Thames
Salary: £35k per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key liaison between technical teams, internal departments, and customers.Assist with technical support and coordination of product delivery and service.Respond to client queries, providing product demonstrations and training when required.Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases.Generate and analyse sales reports to support commercial decision-making.Offer technical insight to support product improvements and sales strategies.Conduct site surveys and support with the setup of monitoring installations (e.g., DATAssure).Support with quoting, BOM creation, testing specifications, and cable adaptations.What We're Looking For:

Proactive Global currently is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join one of our prestigious customers based in Sunbury on Thames.
Job Description: As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in assisting our three warehouse departments across the business
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and Processing:Unloading deliveries, checking goods received against purchase orders, and accurately recording inventory.Storage and Organization:Storing goods in designated areas, ensuring items are properly labeled and organized for easy retrieval.Order Fulfillment:Picking and packing orders according to customer specifications, preparing shipments, and ensuring timely dispatch.Goods In Processing.Booking good received in to the system , checking for damage. Labelling the goods and putting them away in their locations.Quality Control:Inspecting products for defects or damages, reporting any issues, and ensuring all items meet quality standards.Safety and Maintenance:Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and performing routine equipment checks.Inventory Management:Conducting regular stock checks, updating inventory records, and assisting with stocktaking activities.
Requirements:
Experience:Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred. Skills:Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.Physical Ability:Ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.Team Player:Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Import & Export Coordination
Manage all import/export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.Prepare and review customs documentation for accuracy and regulatory adherence.Stay informed on relevant customs and international trade updates.Shipping & Logistics
