- Do you have a vendor-side track record in leading the successful, on-time and on-budget delivery of major (+$40m to $150m) MHS / BHS / warehouse automation CapEx projects?
- Have you worked as a Senior PM or above for 10+ years?

I've been engaged by an industrial automation solutions provider to find an experienced project expert to support the delivery of a +$40m system replacement. The project is already underway and it has some delivery challenges. It requires a strong project management professional with significant vendor-side construction and contract management experience in BHS or warehouse automation including:
- Proven experience in negotiation and conflict management
- Proven delivery of project outcomes with contractual documentation
- Sound working knowledge of contractual and commercial issues
- Sound working knowledge of financial management and budgeting processes including the ability to estimate cost to complete and forecast cost at completion
- Sound working knowledge of project scheduling and planning
- Strong business acumen and able to think strategically
- Excellent communication skills
- A tertiary engineering qualification
The role reports into the Project Director and is open to local, interstate and international candidates. Visa sponsorship will be provided, as will accommodation and travel support where required.
It's likely to suit a candidate who is
- happy to work on a contract basis and/or
- is approaching retirement but thrives on delivering challenging projects and wants to experience work in Australia.
