We are looking to hire a Relationship/Account Manager to work within our Staines office. We have an exciting opportunity in our Manufacturing division to work with top quality clients. The aim of the position is to further develop our existing relationship with existing clients, open up new opportunities within the customer and leverage existing relationships to further develop a strategic partnership between Proactive Global and the client to enable us to provide a high quality staffing service.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a Relationship/Account Manager you will be responsible for;

Collaborate with Sales team to format tailored solutions for existing customers to enhance the relationshipStay updated on industry trends, market conditions to present to customers, identifying any potential challenges and opportunitiesLeverage existing relationships enabling referrals to new business contactsTake part in industry/networking events, conferences/trade shows for manufacturing/automation/engineeringUnderstand client's hiring needs so the recruitment delivery team are well versed in the client's requirements and can provide an excellent service.Speculatively introduce customers to 'top talent' and create new employment opportunities for gold star candidatesBuilding relationships with our existing customers to become their go to agencyThis is not a 'new' sales position, as we have an existing relationship with the customers however there is a need to business develop and build relationships so that they are engaged to work with Proactive Global

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

A people-person, happy to be talking all day and working closely with customersConfident and keen to take on challenges outside of your comfort zonePrevious sales / account management experience is advantageous but not essential
