Sales Manager - Robotics & Warehouse Automation (Netherlands) - offering a high-growth opportunity within an international technology company, the chance to work with innovative robotics and automation solutions, and the opportunity to play a key role in expanding market presence across Europe.

The company specialises in the warehouse automation and intralogistics industry, and is an international technology company recognised for its innovative robotics, automated storage, and material handling solutions and a rapidly growing organisation with exciting expansion plans across Europe. They have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager - Robotics & Warehouse Automation to join their team. This position is well-suited to a commercially driven and ambitious sales professional who is looking to develop new business opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of advanced automation solutions. This position is based in the Sales department and answers to the Sales Director. You will drive new business development across the Dutch market, manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract completion, and work closely with internal technical teams to deliver value-driven automation solutions for customers.
Responsibilities:
* Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the robotics and warehouse automation sector.
* Manage the complete sales process including prospecting, customer engagement, negotiation, and project handover.
* Develop sales strategies, maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, and achieve commercial targets.
* Build strong relationships with end users, integrators, and strategic industry partners.
* Collaborate with Sales Engineering teams to create technical concepts, proposals, and customer presentations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within automation, robotics, intralogistics, manufacturing, or related technology sectors.
* Strong commercial understanding with experience managing complex sales cycles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-growing international environment.
