Location: Netherlands / Belgium (Remote & Field-Based)
About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive business growth for robotic automation solutions across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will focus on developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts within industries such as food & beverage, logistics, e-commerce, warehousing, pharma, and FMCG.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and develop new business opportunities.Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators.Identify automation opportunities and propose tailored robotic solutions.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.Work closely with engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.Represent the company at customer meetings, demonstrations, and industry events.Requirements3+ years of sales experience in robotics, industrial automation, warehouse automation, or material handling.Strong business development and consultative selling skills.Experience selling technical solutions to industrial customers.Fluent in Dutch and English.Willingness to travel across the Netherlands and Belgium.
