The OpportunityWe're seeking a dynamic Senior Site Supervisor to join our UK team, responsible for supervising and delivering all electrical and mechanical installation activities within large-scale airport projects. This is an exceptional opportunity to work hands-on with complex automation systems while leading technical teams on high-profile installations.
What You'll DoTechnical Leadership
Supervise mechanical, electrical, and control installation teams on both Airside and Landside operationsLead on-site installations and processes of complex equipment without direct supervisionInspect and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical systemsSupport I/O commissioning, testing, and integration of material handling systemsSystem Integration & Control
Work with LV, PLC systems (Siemens), various hardware types, and communication protocols (Profinet, Ethernet, Profibus, ASI)Interpret E Plan drawings and site engineering drawings regarding layout, location, and system operationEnsure equipment is installed per specifications in coordination with engineersManage quality inspections of installed equipment, focusing on electrical and mechanical installationsEssential Experience
Proven track record supervising large teams during delivery of large and complex automation projectsSuccessful implementation of all project phases from pre-construction through handoverExperience managing multi-functional teams and interfacing with high-profile clientsStrong understanding of CDM Regulations and HASWA requirementsPreferred Qualifications

Location: Wembley
We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Site Supervisor to provide operational leadership.
Role Overview
You will work alongside an existing Site Supervisor to manage a site operation. Together, you will ensure the site runs smoothly, safely, and in line with regulatory and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Share responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the site as part of a supervisory teamLead and support staff on your shift, ensuring effective rota coverage and smooth operationsMaintain site safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfactionOversee incident management, risk assessments, and compliance with all H&S and environmental standardsHandle staff queries, escalate issues as needed, and liaise with contractors and service partnersMonitor and report on site performance, contributing to service improvements
Essential Skills & Experience
Supervisory experience in a waste or operational site environmentSound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulationsStrong people management and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Desirable Qualifications
COTC Level 4 (or willingness to achieve within 6 months)IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety qualificationUnderstanding of reuse/recycling initiatives and circular economy principles
