This position is well-suited to a hands-on technical leader who is looking to combine software development expertise with people management responsibilities while shaping next-generation simulation solutions. You will oversee the enhancement of simulation products, guide architectural decisions, and support the development of a talented international software team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance simulation software used within warehouse execution systems.Drive software architecture, design standards and code quality initiatives.Support developers with technical problem-solving and best practice implementation.Lead, mentor and develop an international software development team.Work closely with Product Owners, QA teams and key stakeholders.Support recruitment, onboarding and long-term team development.Requirements:
Strong background in software development and software architecture.Experience leading software engineering teams.Knowledge of modern development methodologies, CI/CD and clean code principles.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with internationally distributed teams is advantageous.Fluent German and strong English language skills.Reasons why you should apply:
