Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable Stores / Material Controller to manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment on site or within a warehouse environment.
Location: Farnborough
Key Responsibilities
Receive, check, and record incoming materials and deliveriesStore materials safely and in an organised mannerIssue materials and equipment to site teams as requiredMaintain accurate stock records and inventory control systemsCarry out regular stock checks and auditsEnsure materials are stored in line with health & safety proceduresCoordinate with suppliers, engineers, and project teamsReport shortages, damages, or discrepanciesKeep stores area clean, safe, and well organised
Requirements
Previous experience in stores, warehouse, or material control roleGood organisational and record-keeping skillsBasic computer skills (Excel / stock systems preferred)Understanding of health & safety practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a team
