Position: Technical Sales Administrator

Location: Borehamwood

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

Hours: 09:00am - 17:00pm Monday - Thursday / 09:00 - 16:00pm Fridays

Proactive are currently in search of a Technical Sales Administrator for a market leading manufacturing company based in Borehamwood. This is an exciting opportunity offering career progression and development.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the marketing directorMaintain ongoing dialog with regular and lapsed customers in order to remain their first choice for future opportunitiesOngoing contact management via telephone and email with the prospect databaseCleansing of the prospect databaseManaging and overcoming gatekeepersIdentifying key decision makersProviding relevant product information to decision makersLead generation, qualification and passing to sales team for follow upTimely follow up calls and emails subsequent to sending out information to gauge interestOngoing improvement and refining of lead qualificationWorking closely with the existing sales teamRecord all opportunities, quotes and communications in the SAP Business One systemContact customers to promote and raise awareness of new products as they are launched
