Trainee SMT Operator
Permanent Position
Proactive Global is hiring for Trainee SMT Operator for a leading manufacturing company based in Windsor, SL4. We are looking for experienced Technician to work within a busy electronics manufacturer and willing to get trained on SMT Machines.
Duration- Full time is 37 hours per week
Mon to Thurs 07:30 to 16:00 and Fri 07:30 to 12;30
Pay Rate: £26,250 pa
Location : Windsor, SL4
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate computer-controlled surface mount assembly machinery to successfully assemble surface mount technology printed circuit assembliesContinually monitor the process to ensure perfect quality using inspection equipmentAbility to read machine error messages and correct placement & printing problemsConfident to hand place SMT parts accurately onto circuit assemblies, ensuring correct polarity of devicesKit and de-kit SMT placements machines and set up printing programs on automatic stencil printersDocument aspects of the Work Order including run times, hand fits, and process deviationsRead and interpret Drawings, Diagrams and Bills of MaterialsMaintain high housekeeping standards
Candidate Requirement-
