This year, we are honoured to participate in a series of Christmas charity initiatives across the UK, the EU, and US.
Our participation reflects our commitment to supporting communities, spreading warmth and uplifting those who need it most.

EU Christmas Charity – Noble Gift (Poland)
In the European region, our team is partnering with Noble Gift, one of Poland’s largest and most impactful social programmes.
Noble Gift has been connecting those who want to help with families in need for over two decades.
Their volunteers visit households across the country, learn about their specific needs, and work with donors to provide carefully tailored assistance, one family helping another, one moment of generosity at a time.

US Christmas Charity – Coats for Kids
This year, our US team is proudly supporting Coats for Kids, a heart-warming community effort that provides over 30,000 winter coats annually to children across Central Texas.
Volunteers are essential to this mission from hosting coat drives, to sorting donations, to helping families shop for the perfect warm winter coat.

UK Christmas Charity – KidsOut: #TheOriginalGivingTree
In the UK, Proactive Global is taking part in KidsOut’s #TheOriginalGivingTree. A beautiful initiative designed as a heartfelt alternative to the traditional office Secret Santa.
Instead of exchanging small gifts with colleagues, participants purchase a toy for a child or young person fleeing domestic abuse and currently living in refuge. For many of these children, Christmas can be an especially difficult time as some receive very little, and some receive nothing at all.
If you’d like to take part, we will come to your office to collect any gifts and donate them on your behalf! Your kindness could give a child a Christmas moment they will remember for a lifetime. View poster here.
