They have an exciting opportunity for an IT Project Manager to join their Global Projects Team. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised project professional looking to manage high-value automation projects from initial customer engagement through to successful handover and delivery.

Reporting to Head of the Department, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed customer specifications. Working closely with customers, sales teams, engineers and site personnel, you will oversee project schedules, coordinate resources and drive successful project outcomes across the UK and wider international locations when required.

Responsibilities:Manage automation and intralogistics projects throughout the full project lifecycleMaintain project schedules and provide regular progress reportsControl project costs, budgets and contractual requirementsCoordinate procurement activities and delivery schedulesWork closely with engineering and design teams to ensure customer specifications are metManage customer communications and project documentationOversee testing, commissioning and project milestone sign-offsCreate and manage project risk assessments, defect logs and resolution plansSupport installation activities and ensure compliance with project requirementsDeliver successful project handovers and customer training programmesRequirements:Proven track record managing projects within automation, intralogistics, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or a related industryMinimum HNC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a similar disciplinePRINCE2 Practitioner qualification or equivalentStrong knowledge of MS Project, Excel and WordUnderstanding of intralogistics processes and automated solutionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesFluent English; additional languages are advantageousReasons why you should apply:Join a globally recognised automation and intralogistics leaderManage high-profile projects valued at up to £20mWork with advanced warehouse automation technologiesInternational project exposure and career progression opportunitiesCollaborative environment with experienced engineering and project teamsOpportunity to make a real impact on large-scale customer operations How to Apply:
