About the role:
We are seeking a Systems Integration Manager to lead the successful design and execution of integrated logistics and automation solutions from pre-sales through project delivery. This position ensures all performance, functional, and quality standards are met and that all implementation processes, including those involving third-party providers, align with established best practices.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringSignificant experience leading and managing large, cross-functional project teamsDemonstrated success in leadership roles on complex, high-value projectsStrong interpersonal and customer-facing skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levelsExcellent communication and team leadership capabilitiesFormal Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent)Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 50%), including participation in an extended training program abroad (approximately 6-8 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day project execution to ensure delivery aligns with defined scopeMonitor and manage commercial and technical risks across all project phasesEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standardsDefine and maintain quality benchmarks and project targetsServe as the main point of contact for quality assurance, maintaining accurate documentation and project recordsDirect and oversee project teams, ensuring consistent application of project management processesDefine scope, deliverables, organizational structure, and team responsibilitiesCreate and manage integrated project schedules across multiple workstreamsFacilitate project meetings and ensure effective stakeholder communicationIdentify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategiesResolve issues promptly to minimize disruption to project progressEnsure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting processesAct as the primary liaison with customers, managing expectations and securing approvalsManage project changes relating to scope, timeline, and budget with appropriate stakeholdersDeliver regular project updates to senior leadershipControl project costs and allocate resources effectively within approved limitsContribute to the evolution of internal project management practices and servicesMentor and support the development of junior project managersOversee a portfolio of projects to ensure successful delivery and client satisfactionDefine customer test criteria and success measures for each implementationProvide direction and strategic oversight to project teamsEnsure adherence to internal documentation and reporting standards
