About the role:
We are seeking a Systems Integration Manager to lead the successful design and execution of integrated logistics and automation solutions from pre-sales through project delivery. This position ensures all performance, functional, and quality standards are met and that all implementation processes, including those involving third-party providers, align with established best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Significant experience leading and managing large, cross-functional project teams
- Demonstrated success in leadership roles on complex, high-value projects
- Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels
- Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities
- Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent)
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 50%), including participation in an extended training program abroad (approximately 6-8 weeks)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day project execution to ensure delivery aligns with defined scope
- Monitor and manage commercial and technical risks across all project phases
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards
- Define and maintain quality benchmarks and project targets
- Serve as the main point of contact for quality assurance, maintaining accurate documentation and project records
- Direct and oversee project teams, ensuring consistent application of project management processes
- Define scope, deliverables, organizational structure, and team responsibilities
- Create and manage integrated project schedules across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective stakeholder communication
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Resolve issues promptly to minimize disruption to project progress
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting processes
- Act as the primary liaison with customers, managing expectations and securing approvals
- Manage project changes relating to scope, timeline, and budget with appropriate stakeholders
- Deliver regular project updates to senior leadership
- Control project costs and allocate resources effectively within approved limits
- Contribute to the evolution of internal project management practices and services
- Mentor and support the development of junior project managers
- Oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Define customer test criteria and success measures for each implementation
- Provide direction and strategic oversight to project teams
- Ensure adherence to internal documentation and reporting standards
