We're looking for a Freelance UAT Test Engineer for a warehouse transformation project (Directed Handling / Sort Stack) in the Netherlands, Portugal, or Poland.
Contract: B2B/freelance
Location: remote
Duration: 1 year + possible extension
Key Responsibilities:
Execute UAT testing for end-to-end warehouse processesValidate sort-scan-load workflows, routing logic, and exception handling from an operational (warehouse user) perspectivePerform hands-on testing using Zebra Android scanners in a warehouse environmentCheck scanner-to-system integration, backend transactions, and data flowsLog, track, and support defect resolution and retestingDocument test results, evidence, and outcomes clearly throughout the UAT cycle
Qualifications:
Previous experience in UAT, QA, or testing roles within warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environmentsStrong understanding of warehouse operations and material flow processesHands-on experience with handheld/mobile scanning devices (ideally Zebra Android scanners)Ability to validate backend transactions, system logs, and integration pointsStrong attention to detail and structured testing approachGood communication skills and ability to work with both operational and technical teams
