Sales Engineer - Vertical Lift Modules (VLM)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive the sales of Vertical Lift Modules (VLM) within the intralogistics sector across Southern Poland.

This is a hunter-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys developing new business, building long-term customer relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle. You will become the product expert, working closely with technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored automation solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for Vertical Lift Module (VLM) solutions.
  • Identify and acquire new customers while developing existing business relationships.
  • Build and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide expert technical advice.
  • Prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering and quotation teams.
  • Manage sales opportunities with long decision-making cycles.
  • Represent the company during customer meetings and industry events.
  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within technical products or industrial solutions.
  • Experience in technical sales, ideally focused on a specialized product or solution.
  • Strong hunter mindset with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Southern Poland.
