We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development activities across Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and driving sales growth for advanced logistics, warehouse automation, and material handling solutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of industrial sales, complex project management, and consultative selling within sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, and warehousing.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets across Poland.Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and solution presentation to negotiation and contract closure.Collaborate with engineering, project management, and technical teams to develop customer-specific proposals.Conduct site visits and customer meetings to understand operational requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, market analyses, and regular pipeline reports.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account development.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within automation, intralogistics, material handling, industrial equipment, warehouse solutions, or related sectors.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong commercial and negotiation skills.Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.Understanding of warehouse automation, conveyor systems, ASRS, logistics equipment, or material handling solutions is highly desirable.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluent Polish and English language skills.Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within Poland.Preferred ExperienceEstablished network within logistics, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or distribution sectors.Experience selling capital equipment or turnkey automation projects.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.How to Apply: For more information on the role, or an informal discussion regarding opportunities we have available, please contact Deepak on +48 690 720 134 or [email protected]

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager - Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) to drive business growth across Germany and the wider DACH region. Your Responsibilities:
Drive new business growth across ANZ, with a strong focus on hunting, lead generation and conversion (90% new business).Manage selected key accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities across multiple industry sectors.Sell high-value, modular automation solutions including ASRS, autonomous mobile robots, goods-to-person systems and WES software.Manage the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and qualification through to RFQs/RFPs, proposal, negotiation and close.Lead complex, medium to long sales cycles (up to 24 months) across projects ranging from $4M - $20M.Work closely with internal BDMs, Solution Design Engineers and Consultants to develop tailored, end-to-end solutions.Act as a product and solution champion, articulating technical capabilities to both commercial and technical stakeholders.Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.About You:
You are commercially driven, technically capable and thrive in a high-value, consultative sales environment where you can influence outcomes and win complex deals.
You Bring:
At least 5 years' experience in B2B solution sales within warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling or related industries.A strong track record of winning new business and closing high-value, project-based deals.Experience managing long, complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders.The ability to translate technical solutions into clear commercial value.Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and drive.Exposure to automation technologies (ASRS, robotics, AMRs, WES/WMS) is highly regarded.Engineering background (mechatronics/electrical) - advantageous, not essential.Willingness to travel interstate (4-5 trips per month).This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing Sales Manager to step into a strategic ANZ role, own major client relationships and drive revenue across complex, high-value automation projects.
